"The next day found us in a garden. A garden, as imagined by those who had traveled far away, and they were now writing or painting, while sitting on a high cliff. Its trees seemed to grow in opposite directions, sometimes taking roots deep in the clouds, clouds so thick that were disappearing from our line of vision, while sometimes, were rising straight and pointing upwards like silent wooden fingers."
